The fact that only one person is putting anything into this is showing that the utility of such a site is hovering near zero. I'm sure some folks appreciate your work...
Does anyone know of programs in Public Policy/Statistics (I already have an MPA - but want to pursue another Masters) that offer full rides? I wanted to apply for Fall 2011...any leads would be greatly appreciated..

Kudos to whoever set up this new wiki - with links etc. Also, more jobs than I was expecting.

No. The wiki cannot be edited.
This might explain why it is so dead...
It's probably better that way.
Better that jobs can't be posted, when the wiki covers, at best, 1/3 of openings?
I think you can still edit the wiki, but now you have to be logged-in to edit to the wiki, which removes the advantage of having an anonymous wiki.
There's info here, under the August 2010 entry, about problems people were having with editing the wiki.
